While our organisation has largely focused on Digital, Data and Technology services for UK Central Government and large private sector clients over the last 20 years, we have recognised the need in the marketplace to offer people who are either buying or selling a more personalised and better-quality experience during their property journey.
Our philosophy is to ensure buyers and sellers only have a single estate agent is responsible for managing the whole experience from beginning to end, unlike many High Street estate agents who typically have different team members who manage different parts of the property process. We have a network of preferred suppliers who offer a range of key services to support and enhance selling your property, providing photography, videography, floor plans, EPCs and we can provide advice and support on reliable solicitors and mortgage brokers.
While we operate throughout London our team are local property experts in Surrey and West Sussex.
Commercial Property Consultancy
Lantos has a partnership with The Commercial Property Experts (TCPE) who are a national network of self-employed commercial agents dealing with all types of commercial property, including offices, retail, industrial, land and mixed use premises.
The TCPE team members are experienced Commercial Property Agents, Surveyors or Valuers who have chosen to work as a self-employed commercial property agents operating with the support and professional services of The Commercial Property Experts group.
