Lantos provided senior project and commercial consultancy services to Bupa for their Glissando programme to select a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) for delivering a comprehensive suite of cyber security enhanced capabilities and services for Bupa operations and locations worldwide.
Our key delivery objective was undertaking a robust and comprehensive market engagement and procurement process with several leading global managed security service providers.
We led the global procurement exercise including business and supplier engagement, planning and design to establish the strategic MSSP workstream to permit selection, evaluation and appointment of a suitable MSSP.
Further, as part of the procurement we conducted an audit exercise of current Bupa security strategy, policies, processes and solutions throughout regional office and datacentre locations and IT environments.
